Collaborators Make Great Mayors

Collaborators make great mayors. I have a track record of championing collaboration over rigidity to build trust and empower my peers and those I serve. After four years serving on the Erie Board of Trustees, as an elected leader for IEEE representing 10,000+ regionally and as an Aerospace Program Manager, I have developed a deep understanding in the value of leading collaboratively. A great leader's metrics must incorporate the feedback received from their peers and those they serve. As Erie's next Mayor, I will foster a collaborative environment where the entire Board of Trustees feels empowered to propose, analyze and coalesce around ideas and policies that deliver the best outcomes for the residents of Erie.
